Abstract

This bachelor thesis presents structural design of burner section of a semi-continuous laboratory furnace and its feeding devices. The thesis accentuates correct cooling of the burner section case, cooling fluid inlet and outlet, possibilities to watch the melting process, measuring of the input and output parameters and angular alignment of the feeding devices. The opening chapter introduces plazma technologies and plazma generators, the subsequent chapters contain technical report with description of functions of the device proposed in four sections: requirement list, functional structure, apparatus structure, constructional structure. The last section addresses the required calculations for correct operation of this equipment.
