Studium vlivu odmašťování povrchu substrátu na adhezi tenkého povlaku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium vlivu odmašťování povrchu substrátu na adhezi tenkého povlaku. Ve vstupní teoretické části se obecně seznámíme s odmašťováním. Hlavní důraz je kladen na technologie, které se používají a přehled přípravků. Experimentální část je zaměřena na studium a hodnocení vlivu odmaštění povrchu za pomoci dvou typů odmašťovacích přípravků. Dosažené výsledky jsou zaneseny do tabulek a grafů společně se závěrečným vyhodnocením. Závěrem práce je ekonomické zhodnocení.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the study of the influence of scouring the surface of the substrate adhesion of thin coatings. In the entrance of the theoretical part is generally acquainted with degreasing. The main focus is on technologies that are used and overview of products. The experimental part focuses on the study and evaluation of the influence of surface cleaning with the help of two types of degreasing products. The results obtained are recorded in tables and graphs along with the final evaluation. Finally, work is an economic evaluation.
