Posouzení systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is evaluate the employees’ remuneration system in the selected organization VÚHŽ a.s. and based on evaluation, propose recommendations for improving the current remuneration system. The thesis consists of two parts – a theoretical and a practical. In the first part, with the help of a professional literature, the theoretical backround of a remuneration and of thopics closely associated with it, human resources management, motivation and evaluation, are described. The second part is a description of the organization and evaluation of its employees’ remuneration system. Considering to a survey results and interviews with individual employees of the company, recommendations have been proposed, which can company use to eliminate the identified isuess and improve current employees’ remuneration system.
