Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with marking of headlamps produced by company Hella Autotechnik, s. r. o., Mohelnice. The thesis describes main methods of homologation marking. These marks are most commonly used on the labels, headlamp housings or lenses. The diploma thesis focuses on comparison marking of headlamp housings and lenses. Parts are usually marked by laser marking or by modification of molding tools (permanently or by replaceable tool insert). I have chosen from these two technologies cost-saving option. This option is described in the end of the diploma thesis.
