Abstract

This thesis deals with Optimization of the operation of Concrete Plant and Mortar Mixing and is divided in to theoretical and practical part. General characteristic of the operation optimization, cost management, optimization of work organization, advanced management concepts of production, etc. are the main issues of theoretical part. Practical part contains history of company Českomoravský beton, a.s., relationship of the company to customers and environment, corporate structure and description of already implemented modern technologies. The work is focused on the optimization of material and energy inputs, production costs, optimizing the work organization, sales and receivables. The conclusion summarizes all the measures that lead to financial savings.
