Abstract

In presented document the employment and human resources issues are discussed as impacted by Czech Republic joinig the Europia Union. New facts are shown having connection to an extension of labor market, changes on geographical mobility as well as in the area of lifelong education. In the same context it tis referred to reforms, social protection and labor market in member states of the Europia Union. Pricipal part of the work is dedicated to comparison of selected aspects and status of Czech Republic within Europia Union. Final part is devoted to recent status of economy in the area of employment and with outlook on future.
