Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the properties of HVOF thermal spraying. First, it describes the history of thermal spraying. It also deals with general spraying and dipping over the division of technology (eg incandescent flame spraying) is dobrala up for HVOF spraying. Each technology is described in nature, additional material properties and generally described technology. In the second section discusses the additional materials that are used in the cremation injections. The materials are attributed to their chemical, mechanical and physical properties. Further to this point have been developed properties of the coatings. Is a representation of the experimental samples, which were described and evaluated. Samples were sprayed zinc coating.
