Úprava systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v Základní a Mateřské škole Mendelova

Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis on “Modification of Employees´ Education and Development System in the Základní a Mateřská škola Mendelova” is to propose possible recommendations that could improve the existing system based on theoretical bases, information obtained from a survey questionnaire and an analysis of the current system of education and development in the organisation. The theoretical part describes the theoretical bases that clarify the basic terminology such as human capital, human resources, human resources management and, in particular, education and development of employees. The practical part deals with the characteristics and analysis of the existing system of education and development in the organisation, evaluation of the survey questionnaire and proposals of possible recommendations.
