Návrh přípravku pro výrobu textilní části kompenzátorů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem přípravku pro výrobu textilní části kompenzátoru. Cílem práce je navrhnout modulární přípravek, který umožní výrobu tkaninové části kompenzátoru lepením nebo svařováním v zadaném rozsahu rozměrů. V rešeršní části je popsáno použití kompenzátorů, rozdílné druhy materiálů textilní části a způsob jejich opracování. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu možných konstrukčních řešení přípravku a následně konstrukční návrh mechanismu přípravku. Pevnost a funkčnost přípravku jsou ověřeny pevnostním výpočtem.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a fixture for manufacturing the textile component of a compensator. The aim of the thesis is to design a modular fixture that will enable the production of the fabric component of the compensator by gluing or welding within a specified range of dimensions. The literature review section describes the use of compensators, the different types of materials used for the textile component, and the methods for processing them. The practical section includes an analysis of possible design solutions for the fixture, followed by the design of the fixture mechanism. The strength and functionality of the fixture are verified through structural analysis.
