Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou firemní komunikace a kultury firmy. V teoretické části se autor zaobírá podstatou, prvky a strukturou firemní komunikace a kultury. V návaznosti pak charakterizuje jednotlivé typy firemních komunikace a firemní kultury. V praktické části pak porovnává teoretické zásady komunikace a kultury s praxí ve společnosti FEMONT OPAVA, s.r.o. Analyzuje stav v konkrétní firmě a navrhuje doporučení pro management firmy.
