Analýza technologie tváření monobloku železničního kola

Abstract

The master thesis is dealing with technology analysis of railway wheel forming. In the introduction is analyzed the total production technology of monoblock wheels. In the next part is created a mathematical model of operations upsetting, forming and rolling in the simulation software QForm. The mathematical model, which flows from the finite element method, was made on the basis of material test, drawing documentation and working conditions of forming. The working conditions was measured. From results of the simulation is analyzed simulated operations and assessed wear and life of forming tools. In final part was made estimation of tool life on the basis of Haigh diagrams.
