Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on education and development of the forest administration employees in the Šumperk's Regional directorate of the state enterprise Lesy České republiky. The aim of the thesis is to assess current system of the education and development of the forest administration employees in the Šumperk's Regional directorate of the state enterprise Lesy České republiky and to suggest appropriate recommendations to improve current state. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to theoretical basis of the education and development of employees. Next part describes state enterprise from the perspective of the processed issue, there is briefly described the state enterprise and also current state of education and development of employees. Following are results of the survey. In the last part there are suggested recommendations for improving current system of the education and development.
