Dveře komory koksárenské baterie

Abstract

Náplní diplomové práce je konstrukční návrh dveří komory koksárenské baterie. Značná část práce je věnována požadavku na jejich těsnost a izolační schopnost. Oba požadavky úzce souvisí se správnou činností šroubového uzávěru, na jehož problematiku je práce především zaměřena. Tento konstrukční uzel je přehodnocen a pomocí výpočtů navržen nový, včetně doporučení vhodného oleje pro mazání závitu. Zároveň je navržen plán údržby se zaměřením na kontrolu kvality oleje a funkčnost šroubového uzávěru.

The topic of the thesis is engineering design of chamber´s door of coke oven. Great deal of thesis is describing its tightness and insulation ability. The thesis is focused on both requirements which are related to good function of screw closure. This current design factor is reevaluated and there is proposed new solution by means all necessary calculations. There is also recommended suitable oil for lubrication of the thread. At the same time there is proposed the maintanance schedule which is focused on the oil quality checks and functuion of screw closure.
