Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of measurement accuracy on an optical device and on a coordinate measuring machine (CMM). The comparison of devices was evaluated by geometric tolerances of cylindricity, coaxiality and deviations from averages assigned by a drawing documentation. Geometric tolerances and mistakes with uncertainties arising from the measurement were generally described in the introduction. Methods of measuring geometric variations and also devices which are used for that purpose are described in the second part. Devices which were used for the measurement and the comparison of measured values by tables and charts are described in the experimental part. The conclusion deals with the overall evaluation of used devices with their advantages, disadvantages and with the comparison of results with the drawing documentation.
