Návrh business plánu pro zdravotnické zařízení

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout podnikatelský plán, který propojí teoretickou část práce s reálnými daty a metodami a ověří, zda je tento záměr v praxi uskutečnitelný a dlouhodobě udržitelný. Teoretická část se skládala z vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících se strategií podniku, zdravotní péči, podnikáním ve zdravotnictvím, legislativním rámcem a digitalizací, trhem zdravotních služeb a charakteristikou samotného business plánu. Teoretická část práce sloužila jako podklad k další části, a to k praktické. Aplikační část diplomové práce byla orientována na analytické zhodnocení konkrétního zdravotnického zařízení a podrobný návrh business plánu. Cílem bylo vyhodnotit přístupy a metody do přehledného obsahu, který lze použit k plánování a následnému propojeni strategie konkrétního zdravotnického zařízení. Mezi metody a přístupy k tvorbě business plánu byla použita Porterova analýza, PEST analýza, Ganttův diagram, BCG matice, dotazníkové šetření, finanční strategie a na závěr SWOT analýza. Do aplikační části práce bylo zahrnuto i samotné představení zdravotnického zařízení, pro které byl navrhován business plán. Závěrečná část diplomové práce byla zaměřena na celkové vyhodnocení business plánu a shrnutí závěru.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to design a business plan that connects the theoretical part of the work with real-world data and methods and verifies whether this intent is feasible in practice and sustainable in the long term. The theoretical part consisted of defining basic concepts related to corporate strategy, healthcare, entrepreneurship in healthcare, the legislative framework and digitalization, the healthcare services market, and the characteristics of the business plan itself. The theoretical part of the work served as a basis for the subsequent practical part. The application part of the thesis focused on the analytical evaluation of a specific healthcare facility and a detailed business plan proposal. The aim was to evaluate approaches and methods into a clear framework that can be used for planning and the subsequent integration of the strategy for a specific healthcare facility. Among the methods and approaches used to create the business plan were Porter's Five Forces analysis, PEST analysis, Gantt chart, BCG matrix, questionnaire survey, financial strategy, and finally, SWOT analysis. The application part also included the introduction of the healthcare facility for which the business plan was designed. The final part of the diploma thesis was focused on the overall evaluation of the business plan and a summary of the conclusions.
