Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti strojírenského podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti strojírenského podniku HŽP, a. s. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit konkurenceschopnost podniku pomocí vybraných metod. První část je věnována úvodu. Druhá část je zaměřena na teorii, kde jsou vysvětleny pojmy konkurence a charakteristika jednotlivých metod. Třetí část diplomové práce je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných metod. První použitou metodou je PEST analýza, která zkoumá vnější prostředí podniku. Pro zhodnocení finančního zdraví je použita finanční analýza. Spider analýza srovnává výsledky z finanční analýzy s konkurenty z odvětví. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a navržena doporučení pro daný podnik. Z výsledků diplomové práce je zřejmé, že podnik je konkurenceschopný.

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluating the competitiveness of the engineering company HŽP, a. s. The aim of the final work is to evaluate the competitiveness of the company using selected methods. The chapter part is focused on theory, where the concepts of competition and characteristics of individual methods are explained. The third chapter is focused on the application of selected methods. The first method used is PEST analysis, which examines the external environment of the company. Financial analysis is used to evaluate financial health. Spider analysis compares the results of financial analysis with competitors from the industry. At the end of the work are summarized the results and proposed recommendations for the company. It is clear from the results of the diploma thesis that the company is competitive.
