Abstract

This thesis deals with structural design of rollers drive for positioning roller device. The design process is based on specified conditions. All these conditions are summarized in the introduction of the thesis, together with regard to the use of the device. The theoretical section of the thesis contains a research on the current state of supplied roller positioners. The practical part consists of design and check calculations of gearing, roller axis and other selected components. The solution to the operation and control, as well as maintanance of drive unit is not part of this thesis.
