Analýza a návrh zefektivnění rafinačního procesu slévárny

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and optimization of the fluxing process in the production of aluminium wheels at the company XY. The theoretical part describes the fundamentals of quality improvement in manufacturing processes, with an emphasis on the Six Sigma methodology and its tools. The practical part analyses the current state of the process, particularly the effect of salt flux dosage on the fluxing process. Based on experimental measurements and statistical data evaluation, the impact of reducing the salt dosage on slag weight and casting quality is assessed. Based on the obtained results, an optimization of the salt flux dosage is proposed with the aim of reducing costs while maintaining the required production quality, and the benefits of the proposed measures are evaluated in terms of their practical applicability.
