Abstract

This thesis is focused on the topic of introducing a new technology for processing rotating parts. Content of this work analyzes the general problems of processing rotational parts. The practical part is focused on project specific technological process of processing rotational parts - cast iron flywheel. This new technological approach is compared with a previous manufacturing process. These two approaches to the production of this component are compared in terms of technical and economic. In this thesis are also discussed some of the problems encountered with the application of the new technology in the practice, connected with information security management system, so that its results will be of practical use to assess and setting minimum standards.
