Abstract
Given the rapidly evolving engineering in the automotive industry are high demands on quality emphasizing reduction, respectively. minimize errors of circular shapes surfaces. For this reason, Great attention is paid to the improvement of evaluation methods and roundness deviation measurement. Modern technological processes require continuous quality control of selected surfaces and this can be achieved only by constantly repeated measurements with appropriate use of measuring devices, enabling the acquisition of accuracy in the evaluation of roundness deviation. So far, little attention has been devoted to the analysis of external and internal influences on the evaluation of roundness deviation. In the manufacture of rolling bearings and cylinder engines and the like. roundness deviation is one of the most quality parameters of rolling surfaces. Together with the roughness affects the level of vibration and thus the quality of the entire facility.
The present work provides an overview of previously known in the field of assessment and measurement of roundness deviations. The dissertation deals with this issue in more detail using continuous and discrete methods, the work is focused on the evaluation of roundness deviations of internal and external diameters of the rings. Measurements are made at the special single-use devices.
In the introduction, is characterized by these issues. The next section describes the theoretical problem of measuring variations of circularity, the causes of its origin, characteristics, measuring methods, measuring devices and measurement uncertainty. The experimental section describes the measured components and measuring devices, where individual measurements were made of selected components. It is suggested here, the diversity of the measured results, compared to the roundness deviation measurement and static evaluation.
