Abstract

The thesis deals with the optimization of the supporting frame of the project module front headlamp car. The aim of the thesis is to reach the desired value of the lowest undamped natural frequency of the supporting frame, which is made from the termoplastic injection technology. The secondary aim of this thesis was to determine the optimum balance between first custom undamped natural frequency and the total mass of the frame. Required value of the first custom frequency was achieved by design modifications in the six calculated variants.
