Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obrábění keramiky. V první části je zaměřena na popis problematiky obrábění keramických materiálů a jejich hlavní charakteristické vlastnosti, rozdělení, použití. Ve druhé části se zabývá diamantovými nástroji, které jsou nejvhodnější k opracování keramických materiálů. Nejdůležitější vlastnosti diamantových nástrojů k návrhu co nejlepší alternativy pro daný materiál. Seznámení se s typy brusných zařízení. Následně provedeny různé experimenty.V závěru práce shrnuta problematika obrábění keramických materiálů.

This Bachelor thesis deals with machining of ceramics. The first part focuses on descriptions machining of ceramic materials and their main characteristics, distribution, use. The second part deals with diamond tools that are best suited for working ceramics. The most important properties of diamond tools to design the best alternative to the material. Getting to know the types of grinding equipment. Subsequently, various experimenty.At conclusion of the thesis summarizes the problem of machining ceramic materials.
