Abstract

Résumé This work deals with the problematics of company establishment in the categories of small and middle size companies. This work constists of five parts. First, introductory part, describes the reason of this work. Second part is the theoretical part. The theoretical part’s introduction describes concept and importance of small and middle size companies. Included are also statistical data with the amount of small and middle size companies in the Czech Republic. Third part of the theory describes decision making when choosing the legal entity of given companies. In the last section of theoretical part are requirements for correct composition of entrepreneurial plan. Fourth part of this work deals with practical illustration of radio station establishment and description of particular entrepreneurial plan’s parts. Financial plan has also been written, which contains founder’s budget, balance opening, income and loss statement and cash flow. Fifth part contains the summary and recommendations for transparent establishment of organization’s management. The outcome of this work is a practical demonstration of local radio station establishment. This work was dealing with effective structure of management and hierarchy of company’s management versus the reality of most radio stations.
