Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a business plan for starting up of a confectioner’s shop with own production of non-traditional desserts and cakes. Theoretical part defines technique and relevancy of the business plan. Practical part deals with a draft of the confectioner’s shop and its products, a placement, potential customers, competitions and a financial plan. In this plan were applied strategic situation analysis, marketing strategy, market and competitions analysis and SWOT analysis. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out realistic and viability of the proposed business plan.
