Hodnocení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců v technologické společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocení spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané technologické firmě. Hlavním cílem je zjistit motivační faktory a celkovou spokojenost zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě a na základě výsledků analýzy navrhnout vhodná doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve firmě. Teoretická část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům a pojmům, které souvisí s problematikou pracovní spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou vybrané společnosti a také praktickou aplikaci analýzy spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě. Praktická část obsahuje především vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s personálním manažerem. V závěru praktické části jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a probíhá diskuze nad dílčími cíli. Výsledkem diplomové práce je návrh vhodných doporučeních, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě.

The main subject of the diploma thesis is evaluation of employee satisfaction and motivation in a selected technology company. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the motivational factors and overall employee satisfaction in the selected company and based on the results of the analysis to propose appropriate recommendations, that could lead to increased motivation and employee satisfaction in the company. The theoretical part is devoted to theoretical knowledge and concepts related to the issue of job satisfaction and employee motivation. The empirical part deals with the characteristics of the selected company and also the practical application of the analysis of satisfaction and motivation of employees in the selected company. The empirical part contains mainly the evaluation of the questionnaire investigation and the interview with the personnel manager. At the end of the practical part, research questions are answered and a discussion on the partial goals. The result of the diploma thesis is the proposal of appropriate recommendations that could lead to increased motivation and satisfaction of employees in the selected company.
