Abstract
The thesis aims to improve the process of new product development. The set of all activities through which a company creates and implements a new offering is called the product development process. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which contains a general description of the addressed issue, and a practical part which applies theoretical knowledge supplemented by knowledge from practice. The thesis includes an analysis of the development process in the company and an analysis of the different types of developed products. Based on the findings, suggestions were made to improve the process.
