Návrh technologie výroby uzavírací klapky

Abstract

At the beginning of the thesis the company ARMATURY Group a.s. is shortly presented, its production range and brief description of one product – butterfly valve - are introduced. The technological processes of manufacture of the elements, body, pressure ring and packing were set up for single machines, the optimal cutting conditions were specified for original production version as well as for new one by the Seco programme. At the conclusion of the thesis there is the technical and time comparison of both versions of production.
