Thesis, head: ADAMEC, J. The thesis is focused on rationalization of cutting closing spindle oil pipeline. First part of the thesis covers an analysis of existing manufacture process by chosen representative including used tools and preparations. CNC machine tool was designed on the basis of knowledge of current technology. A new process of cutting, appropriate tools and preparations were designed for existing manufactory and the control program for CNC machine tool was processed. The formed control program is an appendix of the thesis. The designed technology of manufactory was compared with current technology by the help of basic technical-economic indicators witch were used in the Strojírny Třinec, a.s.
