Zlepšení zavážení materiálů do výroby pomocí zásobovacího vláčku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zlepšením zavážení materiálu pomocí zásobovacího vláčku ve společnosti Koyo Bearings Česká republika, s.r.o. V úvodní části je popsán úvod do štíhle výroby a prostředků, které slouží ke zvýšení produktivity, kvality a efektivity výrobního procesu. Cílem práce je navržení nových časových schémat postupu manipulantů. V praktické části je popsaná analýza současného stavu zavážení do výroby. V další kapitole jsou navrženy nové standardy na časové schéma postu manipulantů a přínos pro praxi.

My Bachelor thesis deals with the improvement of the material charging into production using the supply train in the company of Koyo Bearings Česká republika, s.r.o. The introductory part of my thesis describes the lean manufacturing concept and the methods used to increase the productivity, quality and efficiency of the production process. The objective of this thesis is to propose new time schemes of the procedure handlers. The practical part describes the analysis of the current state of material charging into production. The next chapter presents the design of new standards for the time pattern of the handler posts and benefits of the practice.
