Diagnostika technického stavu kulového mlýna

Abstract

The task of this bachelor paper is to determine technical condition of the ball mill. In the theoretical part of the introduction there is described technical diagnostic and basic concepts. Further the causes of vibrafon and the methods of the evaluation of vibrafon. In the paper there are also listed species of ball mills and are given the methods used for the identification emerging vibrafon. In the practical part is described a ball mill and its construction. Consequently is described used measuring instrument and marked points measured on the drive of the ball mill. The aim of the work was to evaluate measured values of propulsion of the ball mill. And in the end are given frequent defects of drum of the ball mill.
