This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis and proposals for improvement in cultural and educational projects. The aim of the thesis is to conduct a detailed analysis of the processes associated with organizing these events and to propose optimizations that could enhance efficiency and effective resource utilization. I focus on two specific organizers who regularly hold cultural and educational events in the city of Frýdek-Místek. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which describes the basic principles of project management, and a practical part, which deals with the analysis of the current state and the identification of problems in marketing, organization, and economic indicators. Based on the conducted analysis, specific proposals for improvement in marketing, event organization, and economics are presented, including the risks associated with their implementation.
