Elektrolytické leštění povrchu AlSi10Mg součástí zhotovených aditivní výrobou

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the electropolishing of AlSi10Mg alloy surface produced by additive manufacturing. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the electropolishing processes, including its reasons, principles, and surface reactions. It also discusses the method of surface preparation and treatment prior to electropolishing and the electrolyte selection options. Surface measuring and evaluation options are also detailed. In addition, the principles of additive technology and specifically Selective Laser Melting technology are included in this work. The experimental part of the thesis deals with the actual electropolishing of the prepared samples under different conditions. The experimental part also includes the non-destructive analysis of the surface of the electropolished samples, specifically the analysis of the surface roughness parameters and the scanning electron microscope analysis. The results of the analyses for the prepared samples are further compared with each other to determine the optimum electropolishing parameters.
