Posouzení a úprava systému motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on assessing the employee motivation system. Employees are very important part of the company and without them, the company could not function. In today's high demands and feral competition, company management needs to motivate their employees not only to join their company but also to maintain their motivation throughout their entire employment period to prevent employees from fluctuation. Nowadays, employees are more interested in various benefits beyond wages, whether it be financial benefits or a collective, flexible working schedule, and others. This bachelor's thesis aims to examine all the motivational factors used by the company XY, evaluate whether employees are satisfied with them or not, and suggest solutions for any dissatisfaction and recommendations for adjusting the XY company's motivation system.
