Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the quality management department at Witzenmann Opava spol. s r.o. Part of the work is a specific piece of many types of parts manufactured in the company premises, where individual parts quality control operations are gradually disassembled. Each control operation is evaluated for advantages and disadvantages. The part control is disassembled in a successive sequence of operations as determined by the technological process. The practical part deals with the overall evaluation of the quality management deficiencies and the addition of proposals for improvement of the overall quality assurance process. The conclusion summarizes the overall evaluation with the pros and cons of the quality assurance.
