Motivace zaměstnanců ve Skupině ČEZ

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem motivace a angažovanosti zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku. Motivace a angažovanost jsou důležitými faktory ovlivňující úspěch firem v podnikatelském prostředí. První část diplomové práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení týkající se pojmů motivace a angažovanost. V další části se v diplomové práci opíráme o tyto teoretické poznatky a aplikujeme je na konkrétní podnik. V tomto podniku je provedeno dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor s vedoucími pracovníky, jehož cílem je analyzovat současnou míru angažovanosti pracovníků dvou útvarů. V závěru diplomové práce jsou předloženy výsledky dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru a návrhy na možná zlepšení.

This thesis deals with the motivation and engagement of employees in a selected company. Motivation and engagement are important factors affecting the success of companies in the business environment. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical definition related to the concepts of motivation and engagement. The next part of the thesis is rely on the theoretical part and apply it to a specific company. In this company is conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with managers with objective to analyze the level of engagement of employees of two departments. In conclusion, the thesis presents results of a questionnaire survey and interviews and offer suggestions for possible improvements.
