Abstract

The Master Thesis deals with Application of Elements of Production to Lean Production System Kovona System, a.s.. The goal of this thesis is advance of this work is to increase productivity, elimination of the idle time, organization of the workplace and reduction of the production costs. The first part describes the current status of the production organization in the given workplace. In the next part I describe the methodical approaches and specification of the workplace problems. The final part suggests solutions that would innovation the work proces.
