Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the status of employee motivation of the Sale department in company ArcelorMittal Tubular Products a.s., and to propose recommendations to improve the employees work motivation in this company. In this thesis, the information from the provided collective agreement of company AMTPO, valid for the period 2010-2013, has been used. The method of the survey has been used in this thesis. Based on evaluated the respondent´s answers in the written inquire forms the factors which negatively affect the motivation of employees have been identified. Specific proposed recommendations from this thesis mainly concern individual approaches of executives to employees and evaluation and remuneration of work performance.
