Provoz a údržba hydraulických systémů

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with the operation and maintenance of hydraulic systems. In the introduction, there are captured two of the largest steel companies in Ostrava. In the theoretical part are described the rolling mill in the specific enterprise. Heavy line and its product range are captured in detail in terms of its history and operation. The third section contains an assessment of the current state of hydraulic systems and hydraulic fluids from the perspective of operating conditions, failures, experiences and service requirements. The fourth part is focused on tribodiagnostic measurements. The final fifth part based on the company request elaborates the issue of hydraulic hose fitting on the mill HCC track. There is described the current state of the hydraulic systems in detail. . The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the main causes of oil leaks on the HCC track and propose the measures to minimize these leaks. In addition, the proposed measures should also bring economic benefits to the company.
