Abstract
The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a single-purpose device to ensure the.
cutting of polyurethane mandrels with a diameter of 6-30 mm. The introduction deals
with the search of available variants on the market, the selection of three possible designs and the subsequent selection of the best variant using multi-criteria analysis. The work also contains the design and calculation of individual components. The design includes a 3D model in the CAD system Inventor 2021, an assembly drawing of the device and two production drawings of seleced parts. At the end of the work is summarized the installation of the equipment and financial analysis of the whole variant according to market availability.
