Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided by selected hypermarkets according to the European Customer Satisfaction Index (ECSI). The operational objective is to determine the variables of seven hypothetical options and to execute a written survey with all the essential details, and make proposals and recommendations which can increase the level of customer satisfaction Based on the results of the study.
