Abstract

This thesis deals with monitoring the overall efficiency of manufacturing equipment using tools for supervisory control platform. The introduction describes the possibilities to collect data for an analysis of loss in production on two production technologies. The next part analyzes the possibility of recording the monitored quantities on the actual equipment, and tools (actual and historical trends) for monitoring the visualized variables in InTouch 10. Three developmental environments for the design of technologies and models proposed in the application are described, and configuration tools for monitoring variables in the visualization environment of InTouch 10 are used. A method of using the tools of supervisory control platform is designed for optimizing production on visualization and monitoring technology models.
