Abstract
Goal of the thesis is to design haulage branch semi – continual laboratory smeltery with cooling box, it’s concept of haulage, cooling system and system for feeding electric current to the cork of the crystallizer. Description of existing haulage systems and their possible replacement to simpler and more sophisticated haulage systems is described as first.Next point is about device requirements from designing to construction structure. This procedure is based on construction methodology. Another point is literary study of haulage systems used nowadays, calculation related to cooling corks of the crystallizers and solidity check of corks grooves. Conclusion of the thesis consists of the corks temperature simulations. Model was created in APEG computer program and simulated by finite elements method.
