Abstract
In my bachelor thesis i am dealing with human resources in both theoretical and practial ways within selected company. The object of my bachelor works is to analyze current company state and suggest any inovation within given issue, closely recruting and rewarding stuff and then the issue of personnel information system in the selected company.
