Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the technology of preparation materials with very fine grain structure achieved trough extreme plastic deformation of the ECAP technology. The thesis was carried out analysis of existing technologies for the preparation fine grained structure. In the practical part were taken measurements of the hardness on the two samples of magnesium alloys AZ31 and WE43. The individual results and schemes hardness measurements are shown in this thesis. Both magnesium alloys have been experimentally subjected to grain refinement process of extreme plastic deformation. The samples taken after the grain refinement process has been made exposition resulting structure. All obtained values are given in the text of the thesis and the results are further discussed in conclusion.
