Návrh subsystému mobilního servisního robotu pro manipulaci s knihami v knihovnách

Abstract

The Master thesis deals with the design of the subsystem of a mobile service robot for handling with books in libraries. At the beginning of the thesis, an analysis of the given issue is elaborated. Subsequently, three variants of the design solution for removing books from the library shelf are created. Using multi-criteria analysis, the winning variant is determined. The winning variant of the effector is finalized. With the winning effector in mind, the remaining subsystems of the mobile service robot are designed. The work also includes a created block diagram of electronics and calculation of battery life on a single charge. Finally, an assessment of the achieved results and a proposal for more efficient automation of the library are made. A 3D model of the device and selected drawing documentation are also created.
