Analýza vybraných personálních činností

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on analysis of personnel activities in XYZ company, Ltd, operating in automobile industry and engaged in production of car interior equipment components. The aim is, based on theoretical basis and by means of a questionnaire survey, to carry out an analysis of employee satisfaction and motivation within the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section delimits basic terms and important basis of personnel work and personnel activities. The practical part then analyses system, principles and procedures of execution of personnel activities in the selected company. The thesis has been composed based on expert literature, internal documents, face to face interviews and personal experience. At the conclusion of the thesis recommendations to enhance general employee satisfaction and motivation are proposed.
