Abstract

This thesis pursues the causes of the occurrence of defects on machined thermal coating. Thermal coating is applied onto components of a company of Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. In the introduction of this thesis is described the issue of thermal coating, existing technologies used for coat’s applying and all their types. Pursuant to recommended literature and experiences in the experimental section were supervised all causes affecting the process of plasma’s coating and machining. Subsequently, in this process of the plasma coating was verified the microstructure of spraying on the samples. There were also verified the parameters in machining process. According to the results was performed optimization of machining parameters.
