Návrh úprav parního kotle 125 t/h v Teplárně Přerov

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou mlýnského okruhu na kotli K1 v teplárně Přerov. V teoretické části jsou popsány možnosti úpravy surového uhlí na uhelný prášek. Výpočtová část obsahuje stechiometrické výpočty, bilanci mlýnského okruhu a výpočet účinnosti parního kotle. Praktická část obsahuje měření na mlýnském okruhu, které bylo prováděno v teplárně Přerov. Z výsledků měření a výpočtů byla navržená bezpečnostní úprava na mlýnském okruhu.

The topic of this thesis are the modifications of the mill circuit in the boiler 125 t/h in Teplárna Přerov. Possible ways of converting raw coal into coal dust are described in the theoretical part. The calculating part consists of stoichiometric calculations, balance of the mill circuit and the calculation of the efficiency of the boiler. The practical part contains the measurements of the mill circuit, which was conducted in Teplárna Přerov. Security modification of the mill circuit was then designed based on the results of the calculations and measurements.
