Strategická analýza společnosti z oblasti výroby krmiv

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Krmiva, s.r.o., which is engaged in the production of pet food and then to propose specific strategies. The thesis is structured into 6 chapters and divided into theoretical and practical parts. The content of the theoretical part is a description of strategic analysis, key concepts and individual analyses and indicators. Subsequently, the characteristics of the company are presented. The practical part includes the execution of the strategic analysis, through external and internal analysis and the summary analysis described in the theoretical part. Finally, three specific strategies are presented that the company under study can consider in its future strategic planning.
