Strategická analýza společnosti z oblasti výroby krmiv

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti Krmiva, s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou krmiv pro domácí mazlíčky a následně navrhnout konkrétní strategie. Diplomová práce je strukturována do 6 kapitol a rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Obsahem teoretické části je popis strategické analýzy, klíčových pojmů a jednotlivých analýz a ukazatelů. Následně je uvedena charakteristika společnosti. Praktická část zahrnuje provedení strategické analýzy, prostřednictvím externí a interní analýzy a souhrnné analýzy popsaných v teoretické části. Na závěr jsou představeny tři konkrétní strategie, které zkoumaná společnost může do budoucna zohlednit ve svém strategickém plánování.

The aim of this thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Krmiva, s.r.o., which is engaged in the production of pet food and then to propose specific strategies. The thesis is structured into 6 chapters and divided into theoretical and practical parts. The content of the theoretical part is a description of strategic analysis, key concepts and individual analyses and indicators. Subsequently, the characteristics of the company are presented. The practical part includes the execution of the strategic analysis, through external and internal analysis and the summary analysis described in the theoretical part. Finally, three specific strategies are presented that the company under study can consider in its future strategic planning.
